Can v0.dev build an admin dashboard with a working sidebar?

It can build the *look* of a sidebar and the layout, but the actual 'clicking' to switch pages won't work out of the box. You'll get the UI structure, and you'll need to implement the Next.js `Link` components and routing yourself.
